WHAT WE DO

We co-create a healthier, more liberated future by centering those at the margins. Through an integrated model of care, we dismantle health disparities and cultivate collective well-being.

Our impact is fueled by a structured ecosystem of 4 Strategic Priorities, 3 Key Pillars, and a robust suite of community-centered programs. This work is deepened through a visionary partnership with On the Margins Family Therapy & Psychological Services, Inc., allowing us to bridge philanthropy, community-led programming, and clinical excellence.

  1. Nepantlah is a continuing education program and vibrant virtual network where health practitioners can exchange knowledge, enhance their skills, and forge meaningful connections with colleagues passionate about serving Latine populations and striving for decolonial wellness practices.

  2. The Equity Community Organizing (ECO) Group in Cloverdale is a program that engages older adults, and other stakeholders, in identifying the drivers of health inequities for older residents while exploring solutions for aging in health, wellbeing and community.

Young activists leverage the tools and creative platforms necessary to advocate for their communities and drive systemic change.

  7. FLOR (Familias Liberándose con Orgullo y Resiliencia) is a perinatal and family support group dedicated to fostering emotional healing and community connection for low-income, BIPOC, and Spanish-speaking families.

  8. HUE (Healing Unity and Empowering Leaders) is a healing-centered leadership development program for QTBIPOC leaders who are instrumental in shaping narratives and expanding influence and access to HIV-impacted communities.

  9. LA ASAMBLEA is a collective movement led by local arts workers dedicated to uplifting Sonoma County’s BIPOC and Queer artists through direct funding, community-building, and advocacy. (PARTNERSHIP WITH KIMZIN CREATIVE).

YOUTH PROGRAMS

We provide safe spaces of belonging where young people—especially those on the margins—can explore creativity, cultivate life skills, and find their voice. We firmly believe that trauma-responsive, arts-based, and emancipatory education isn't a luxury, but a fundamental right that nurtures resilience, critical thinking, and emotional well-being.
